ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY
- Early arrival is subject to availability.
- Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
- The Government legislation requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
- Pan Cards will not be accepted as ID proof for Check ins.
ACCOMMODATION POLICY
The guests shall be accommodated in the rooms assigned as per the occupancy rate. Child(2 no.s) below the age of 6 years shall be allowed in the parents rooms. Extra bed charges applicable, if required.
DISCLAIMER:
- The Tariff is applicable for 12 Noon Check in and Check out.
- The hotel’s management is not responsible for any kind of loss to the guest’s belonging’s due to negligence of Hotel Staff or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
- The Guest shall be held responsible for any kind of loss or damage incurred to the property of hotel or utilities provided to them, due to their or visitor’s negligence. Replacement / cleanup charges shall be collected.
- The Hotel Management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate forthwith. In default, the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest from the room occupied by him/her.
- Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub – tenancy or any right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the Hotel Premises.
- The complimentary Personal utilities and other services provided by the hotel can be withdrawn at anytime/ might be limited to certain extent and it remains the property of the hotel and cannot be taken away by the guests.
- The following articles or similar items are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises:
* Pets or other domestic animals, birds , etc.,
* Storing of Cinema films
* Raw & Exposed inflammable material or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature.
* Other articles that are considered a threat to the security of other guests
* Articles exceeding a reasonable quantity.
* Offensive smelling articles.
* Eatables from outside.
For security reasons, random checking shall be conducted in interest of customers safety. And if any of such articles mentioned above are found, then it would be detained and penalty will be charged.
- Inviting visitor(s) to guest’s room and allowing them to use the utilities of the room is strictly prohibited. The guest shall meet them in the lobby only. No visitors are entertained after 10.00pm
- In case of default in payment, the hotel Management would be entitled to lien over the luggage and belongings of the guests, to detain or auction to recover the amount due. The bills must be settled on presentation. Payment through cheque(s) is not entertained.
- The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the mentioned terms, conditions and rules at any point of time without prior notice. The Guest cannot hold any kind of legal suite against the hotel management for whatsoever reason in the court of law.
- Effective from 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced a “No-Smoking” legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The rates, tariff and taxes are subject to change and the company cannot be held liable for any such change. If at any time, during the continuance of service, the performance in whole or in part, of any obligation under it shall be prevented or delayed by reason of war, hostility, axe of the public enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, strikes, lockout or act of god, etc, no claim for damages against the company in respect of such performance or delay in performance of the service can be claimed.
