CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
To cancel any booking made in our Hotel has to be cancelled in the same way , used while making booking.

Example : Booking made Via Booking.com , then the cancellation has to be done via booking.com only.

All offline reservations can be cancelled by sending an Email to hotelramakrishna@gmail.com or reservations@hotelramakrishna.com in writing the details of the same and it should be informed to the hotel over the telephone also. All the cancellation(s) made are entitled to transaction charges/processing fees.
STANDARD AND DELUXE A/C
Any cancellation received 7 days/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as No-Show and no refund will be given.
STANDARD NON-AC – NON REFUNDABLE
ALL BOOKINGS FROM DECEMBER 25TH TO JAN 1ST ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DATE CHANGE ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CHARGES APPLY.
